By accessing or using ArcLaunch ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
ArcLaunch is designed for students aged 14-18 preparing for college. Users under 18 must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before accessing the Platform. Users under 14 are not permitted to create an account or use the Platform.
ArcLaunch provides AI-powered college preparation guidance, including academic planning, growth tracking, college matching, and personalized recommendations. The Platform does not guarantee college admission outcomes, scholarship awards, or any specific academic results.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to: (a) provide truthful data, as inaccurate information may affect the quality of guidance; (b) use the Platform only for lawful purposes; (c) not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Platform operations; (d) not share your account with others.
All content, features, and functionality of ArcLaunch — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated recommendations, and software — are the property of FLARC Digital Factory and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input.
Recommendations provided by ArcLaunch are AI-generated and intended as guidance only. They do not constitute professional academic counseling, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes. You should consult qualified professionals for important educational decisions.
ArcLaunch and FLARC Digital Factory are not liable for: (a) college admission outcomes; (b) academic results; (c) decisions made based on AI Advisor recommendations; (d) service interruptions or data loss beyond reasonable control. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
